A: We recommend soft, clean clothing like baby grows, shirts, jumpers, or school uniforms. Items with stretch are great. Avoid delicate fabrics like lace or silk unless we’ve discussed suitability.

A: 1 or 2 adult or child-sized garments is usually enough. For smaller items like baby clothing, please send at least 3-5 pieces to allow for variation.

A: Yes – any large leftover pieces will be returned with your finished keepsake.

A: At present - Standard turnaround is 3-4 weeks from receiving your items. You'll be updated if it’s likely to take longer.
